Thermometer Mounts
CHIP CARVING THERMOMETER MOUNTS
These mounts are designed for thermometers measuring 4 x 1.
They chould, of course, be changed to fit other sizes which may be used.
Because of the direction of the grain, care must be taken not to break the slender points of the flat surface in the border design of the shorter mount.
In the longer mount, other methods of cutting chips on this layout can be discovered.
The inventive faculty thus employed is worth cultivating.
